Warranty Rules: Before buying any product from business tracker it is important to pay attention to the set of warranty policies mentioned below. Because selling any product means that you purchase the product in accordance with all conditions. Because the warranty that comes with the product comes from the manufacturer. It means the manufacturer or the brand is responsible for the warranty issues. Each of the brands has different warranty policy, which is clearly mentioned on their respective websites.
Terms and Conditions:
- All products do not come with a warranty. Warranty is only valid for products that purchased with a warranty for a given period of time, mentioned in the bill or invoice issued by Business Tracker.
- In the case of Product Lifetime Warranty, it remains valid as long as the manufacturer continues the production of the particular product. If the manufacturer discontinues the production, the warranty will remain valid as long as one year from the date of purchase.
- Under the warranty policy, Business Tracker will, at its discretion, repair any defective product within the warranty period.
- In case of unavailability of product of the same model, the product will be replaced by an equivalent product of a different brand available to Business Tracker.
- Business Tracker will offer a product with better specification in the case of unavailability of an equivalent product.
- The customer will get the refund in case of irreparability and unavailability of products.
- “Business Tracker” will not take any responsibility for any loss of data or software during servicing period. Same policy applies in case of any loss of data or software at the hand of the user.
- Warranty won’t be valid for just about any damages due to unwary usage, water, free fall, and fire. Warranty won’t be valid if the client opens and tries to open the merchandise on his/her own.
- Services such as for instance system setup or os customization, during or following the sale, don’t feature a warranty.
- “Business Tracker” doesn’t apply almost any password or security code throughout the delivery of laptops, desktops or any product. The client must take full responsibility for the BIOS password of laptops, desktops or some other device. It won’t be included in the warranty.
- “Business Tracker” will set the charges, in consent with the customer, for any services that are not covered by warranty.
- Cartridge, toner, head, roller, drum, element cover, ribbon, and other machineries do not come with a warranty.
- Refill/usage of ink, cartridge, or toner cartridge not recommended by the manufacturer.
- Fungus or rust on mainboard, graphics card, and RAM will void the warranty for the particular part or device.
- A check or display with someone to three dots are ineligible for warranty claims. An individual can claim warranty if you can find four or maybe more dots.
- The warranty won’t be valid for Motherboards and processors with more than one partially or completely damaged pin.
- If the serial/sticker of the item is partially or completely removed or damaged, it will not manage to claim warranty.
- the whole package with other accessories must be presented while claiming warranty. One cannot claim warranty for the keyboard or the mouse separately.
- If an individual write anything with permanent ink on the item, it’ll void the warranty.
- Cables and converters provided with a product do not come with a warranty.
- Power adapters of printer, scanners, router, switches, access points, TV cards and other similar products do no feature a warranty.
- Business Tracker isn’t liable for virtually any problems, old or new, detected through the free hardware or software tuning services within or after the expiry of the manufacturer’s warranty period.
ওয়্যারেন্টি বিধি:
ব্যবসায় ট্র্যাকার থেকে কোনও পণ্য কেনার আগে নীচে উল্লিখিত ওয়ারেন্টি পলিসিগুলির দিকে মনোযোগ দেওয়া গুরুত্বপূর্ণ। কারণ যে কোনও পণ্য বিক্রি করার অর্থ আপনি সমস্ত শর্ত মেনেই পণ্যটি ক্রয় করেন। কারণ পণ্যটির সাথে যে ওয়ারেন্টি আসে তা প্রস্তুতকারকের কাছ থেকে আসে। এর অর্থ ওয়ারেন্টি ইস্যুগুলির জন্য প্রস্তুতকারক বা ব্র্যান্ড দায়ী। প্রতিটি ব্র্যান্ডের আলাদা ওয়ারেন্টি নীতি রয়েছে, যা তাদের নিজ নিজ ওয়েবসাইটে স্পষ্টভাবে উল্লেখ করা হয়েছে।
শর্তাবলী:
- সমস্ত পণ্য ওয়ারেন্টি সহ আসে না। ওয়ারেন্টি কেবলমাত্র সেই পণ্যগুলির জন্য বৈধ যেগুলি একটি নির্দিষ্ট সময়ের জন্য একটি ওয়ারেন্টি সহ কেনা, বিজনেস ট্র্যাকার দ্বারা জারি করা বিল বা চালানের মধ্যে উল্লিখিত।
- প্রোডাক্ট লাইফটাইম ওয়ারেন্টির ক্ষেত্রে, প্রস্তুতকারক নির্দিষ্ট পণ্যের উত্পাদন চালিয়ে যাওয়া অবধি বৈধ থাকে। যদি উত্পাদনকারী উত্পাদন বন্ধ করে দেয় তবে ওয়ারেন্টি ক্রয়ের তারিখ থেকে এক বছর পর্যন্ত বৈধ থাকবে।
- ওয়ারেন্টি নীতিমালার অধীনে, ব্যবসায় ট্র্যাকার তার বিবেচনার ভিত্তিতে, ওয়ারেন্টি সময়কালের মধ্যে কোনও ত্রুটিযুক্ত পণ্য মেরামত করবে।
- বিজনেস ট্র্যাকার একটি সমতুল্য পণ্যের অপ্রাপ্যতার ক্ষেত্রে আরও ভাল স্পেসিফিকেশন সহ একটি পণ্য সরবরাহ করবে।
- অপরিশোধনযোগ্যতা এবং পণ্যগুলির অপ্রাপ্যতার ক্ষেত্রে গ্রাহক ফেরত পাবেন।
- “বিজনেস ট্র্যাকার” সার্ভিসিং পিরিয়ড চলাকালীন ডেটা বা সফ্টওয়্যার ক্ষতির কোনও দায় নেবে না। একই নীতি ব্যবহারকারীর হাতে ডেটা বা সফ্টওয়্যার ক্ষতির ক্ষেত্রে প্রযোজ্য।
- সতর্কতা অবলম্বন ব্যবহার, জল, বিনামূল্যে ঝরনা এবং আগুনের কারণে ওয়্যারেন্টি কোনও ক্ষতির জন্য বৈধ হবে না। ওয়্যারেন্টি বৈধ হবে না যদি ক্লায়েন্ট তার নিজের পণ্যটি খোলার চেষ্টা করে এবং চেষ্টা করে।
- উদাহরণস্বরূপ সিস্টেম সেটআপ বা ওএস কাস্টমাইজেশন যেমন বিক্রয় চলাকালীন বা অনুসরণ করার জন্য পরিষেবাগুলি কোনও ওয়্যারেন্টি দেয় না।
- “বিজনেস ট্র্যাকার” ল্যাপটপ, ডেস্কটপ বা কোনও পণ্য সরবরাহের সময় প্রায় কোনও পাসওয়ার্ড বা সুরক্ষা কোড প্রয়োগ করে না। ক্লায়েন্টকে ল্যাপটপ, ডেস্কটপ বা অন্য কোনও ডিভাইসের বিআইওএস পাসওয়ার্ডের জন্য পুরো দায়িত্ব নিতে হবে। এটি ওয়ারেন্টিতে অন্তর্ভুক্ত করা হবে না।
- “বিজনেস ট্র্যাকার” গ্রাহকের সম্মতিতে, কোনও পরিষেবাদি যা ওয়ারেন্টি দ্বারা আওতাভুক্ত নয় তার জন্য চার্জ নির্ধারণ করবে।
- কার্টরিজ, টোনার, হেড, রোলার, ড্রাম, এলিমেন্ট কভার, ফিতা এবং অন্যান্য যন্ত্রপাতি ওয়ারেন্টি সহ আসে না।
- কালি, কার্তুজ, বা টোনার কার্টিজ পুনরায় পূরণ / ব্যবহারের বিষয়টি প্রস্তুতকারকের দ্বারা প্রস্তাবিত নয়।
- মাইনবোর্ডে ছত্রাক বা মরিচা, গ্রাফিক্স কার্ড এবং র্যাম নির্দিষ্ট অংশ বা ডিভাইসের জন্য ওয়্যারেন্টি বাতিল করে দেবে।
- কারও সাথে যদি তিনটি বিন্দুর সাথে একটি চেক বা প্রদর্শন ওয়ারেন্টি দাবির জন্য অযোগ্য। আপনি যদি চারটি বা আরও বেশি ডট পেতে পারেন তবে একজন ব্যক্তি ওয়ারেন্টি দাবি করতে পারে।
- ওয়ারেন্টি একাধিক বা সম্পূর্ণ ক্ষতিগ্রস্থ পিন সহ মাদারবোর্ড এবং প্রসেসরের ক্ষেত্রে বৈধ হবে না।
- যদি আইটেমের সিরিয়াল / স্টিকার আংশিক বা সম্পূর্ণ সরানো বা ক্ষতিগ্রস্থ হয়, তবে এটি ওয়ারেন্টি দাবি করতে পরিচালিত হবে না।
- ওয়ারেন্টি দাবি করার সময় অন্যান্য আনুষাঙ্গিকগুলি সহ পুরো প্যাকেজটি উপস্থাপন করতে হবে। কেউ আলাদাভাবে কীবোর্ড বা মাউসের জন্য ওয়ারেন্টি দাবি করতে পারে না।
- যদি কোনও ব্যক্তি আইটেমটিতে স্থায়ী কালি দিয়ে কিছু লিখেন তবে তা ওয়ারেন্টি বাতিল করে দেবে।
- কোনও পণ্য সরবরাহ করা কেবল এবং রূপান্তরকারীগুলি কোনও ওয়ারেন্টি সহ আসে না।
- প্রিন্টার, স্ক্যানার, রাউটার, সুইচ, অ্যাক্সেস পয়েন্ট, টিভি কার্ড এবং অন্যান্য অনুরূপ পণ্যগুলির পাওয়ার অ্যাডাপ্টারগুলির কোনও ওয়ারেন্টি নেই।
- বিজনেস ট্র্যাকার কার্যত কোনও সমস্যার জন্য দায়বদ্ধ নয়, পুরানো বা নতুন, নির্মাতার ওয়ারেন্টি সময়কালের মেয়াদ শেষ হওয়ার পরে বা তার পরে ফ্রি হার্ডওয়্যার বা সফ্টওয়্যার টিউনিং পরিষেবাগুলির মাধ্যমে সনাক্ত করা।
